These terms apply to your use of the Cuplio app, operated by [COMPANY NAME] (ABN [ABN]). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them with our Privacy policy.
2Membership
Cuplio membership is free. You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old and give accurate details. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Keep access to your phone and email secure.
3Stamps
- A participating café adds stamps when you make an eligible purchase and show your Cuplio code.
- Each café sets its own cards, including how many stamps are needed and which purchases earn one.
- Stamps belong to the café card that issued them and cannot be moved between cards or cafés.

4Rewards and gifts
- Rewards and gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred.
- They are provided by the participating café and are subject to availability.

- We or the café may cancel stamps, rewards or gifts obtained through error, misuse or fraud.
5Ordering ahead
Some cafés let you order and pay in the app. Your order is with the café, which sets its menu and prices. When you pay, your card is held; it is only charged when the café accepts your order. If the café can’t take it, or doesn’t accept it within 10 minutes, the hold is released and you are not charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe and go to the café. For a problem with an order that has been charged, contact the café first; we can help if you can’t sort it out together. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6Table bookings and deposits
You can ask a café for a table; the booking is confirmed when the café accepts it. Some cafés ask for a deposit. It is held when you request the table, taken only if the café confirms, and comes off your bill. The café’s refund cut-off is shown before you book: cancel before it and the deposit is refunded; after it, or if you don’t come, the café may keep it.
7Participating cafés
Cafés are independent businesses. They are responsible for the food, drinks and service they provide, for their orders and bookings, and for honouring the rewards on their cards. Cafés may join or leave Cuplio at any time. [WHAT HAPPENS TO STAMPS IF A CAFÉ LEAVES]
8Fair use
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or use someone else’s account
- Copy, fake or tamper with codes, stamps, rewards or gifts
- Post reviews or send messages that are false, offensive or unlawful
- Interfere with the app, its security or other members
9Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. When you do, your cards, stamps, rewards and gifts are removed for good.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or misuse the app. Where reasonable we will tell you first. [NOTICE PERIOD]
10Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we provide the app “as is” and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts or omissions of participating cafés. [LIABILITY CAP, IF ANY]
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change significantly affects you, we will let you know in the app before it takes effect.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. [CONFIRM]
