Orders, tables and a direct line to your regulars
Pro adds everything you need to serve customers before they reach the counter.
- Order ahead. Customers order and pay in Cuplio. Their card is only charged when you accept, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
- Table bookings. Confirm or decline requests, and ask for a deposit that comes off the bill.
- Messages and chat. Tell everyone about a new menu, or chat with a customer about their order.
- Your menu. Categories, prices, photos and add-ons, on your café page.
- Delivery through Uber Eats. Paste your store link and customers who want delivery are sent there.
- Customers without a phone. Give them a member number on a paper card.

Orders, tables, messages and more, in detail
Each one has its own switch in Settings › Orders & bookings. Turn it on when you’re ready, off for a quiet week.
Orders at the till
New orders arrive with a chime. Accept (that’s when the card is charged), mark To make, then Ready, and the customer is told at each step. Done today and history are one tap away.
Table bookings
Set your largest group and the hours you take tables. Confirm or decline requests, ask for a deposit, mark no-shows. After the visit, the guest is asked to rate it.
Messages and chat
A note to everyone or just one customer. Two-way chat with members who hold your card, and a conversation on every order. First names only.
Your menu, your rules
Categories, prices, photos and add-ons. Switch Order ahead off per item or per category; counter-only things stay on your page, and sold out is one tap.
Delivery through Uber Eats
Paste your Uber Eats store link in Settings. Customers who want it delivered are sent to your store there. Nothing to manage in Cuplio, and no fee from us.
Card requests and guests
Members can ask for a card before they visit; accept or decline from the app. Add customers who don’t have a phone, with a member number on a paper card.

Prices in Australian dollars, including GST. We’ll remind you before your free month ends. Card payments for orders and deposits go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s card fees apply.

Good to know
What do I need to get started?
A phone or tablet with a camera: iPhone, iPad or Android. No card reader, printer or extra hardware. Many cafés keep a tablet on the counter.
How do my customers join?
They download Cuplio for free and sign up with their email. At your counter they show their QR code, or read out the 6-digit code under it. Your counter poster helps them find you.
What if a customer doesn’t have a phone?
You can find any of your customers by name or member number and stamp them without a QR code. On Pro you can add customers who don’t have a phone, with a member number on a paper card.
Does the till work without internet?
Yes. Stamps and redemptions are saved on the device and sent as soon as you’re back online. The dot at the top shows when everything has synced.
What can I see about my customers?
The name they choose for cafés (usually their first name) and their visits, stamps and rewards at your café. If they order ahead or book a table and choose to share their number, you see it on that order or booking. You never see their email or what they do at other cafés.
How do payments for orders work?
On Pro, connect your own Stripe account from the app. When a customer orders, their card is held; it’s only charged when you accept the order, and released if you can’t take it. The money goes straight to your Stripe account.
How do table bookings work?
Customers pick a day, a time within your hours and how many people, up to the largest group you allow. You confirm or decline in the app and they’re told straight away. You can ask for a deposit, which is only taken when you confirm and comes off their bill, and mark a table as a no-show if they don’t turn up.
Do you do delivery?
Not ourselves. If your café is on Uber Eats, paste your store link in the app and customers who’d like delivery are sent to your store there. Cuplio adds no fee; Uber Eats’ own terms apply. Order ahead in Cuplio is for pick-up.
Can I switch orders or bookings off for a while?
Yes. Orders and bookings each have their own switch, in Settings › Orders & bookings and at the top of the Orders and Bookings pages. Switched off, customers can still collect stamps and read your page.
What’s the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter (A$20 a month) runs your loyalty cards. Pro (A$25 a month) adds order ahead, table bookings, messages and chat, your menu, a delivery link and customers without a phone. Both include GST, and your first month is free.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
